This is the third match for the Sylhet Super Stars while the fourth for the Dynamites. Sylhet Super Stars are currently at the bottom of the table and need to improve their situation while Dhaka Dynamites are at number four. The Super Stars have failed to win a single match in the run losing all three they have played and haven’t been able to gather any points so far. On the other hand, Dhaka Dynamites have won two of the three matches they have played and have four points in hand but are below Barishal Bulls because of low net run rate. In the last match, the Sylhet Super Stars’ bowlers did a very good job as they bowled out the heavy-weights Rangpur Riders for a low score of 109 but their batsmen failed to achieve the total and were defeated by the Riders’ bowlers. Mohammad Shahid would be the hope looking at his performance in the last match where he bagged 4 wickets for just 12 runs. Talking about batting it was Mominul Haque who scored a quick-fire 29 with 6 fours in it as no one else could do any mentionable contribution.

Dhaka Dynamites are coming from a good win over Chittagong Vikings. Bowlers Mustafizur Rahman and Nasir Hossain did exceptionally well by taking three wickets each while it was Shadman Islam who scored a 47 balls 45 helping his side to a desired victory with 17 balls remaining. While it will be good for the Dynamites to have a taste of another victory, the Super Stars need it desperately in order to stay valid in the league.
