CWG 2022 Day 5 Live Highlights, India At Birmingham : India extended their medals tally to nine medals after bagging a silver and two bronze on Day 4. Shushila Devi Likmabam won a silver medal in women’s 48 kg judo while Vijay Kumar Yadav and Harjinder Kaur claimed bronze medals in men’s 60kg judo and women’s 71kg weightlifting respectively. India also assured at least Silver medals in Lawn Bowls Women’s Fours event, Mixed Team badminton and in men’s team table tennis.

They will be looking to extend their medals tally on Day 5 as there are some big events lined up. The Women’s Four Team will face South Africa in the Lawn Bowls Events for a gold medal while Satyajit Mondal and Saif Sadik will participate in the final of the Men’s Vault and Men’s Parallel Bars. Indian mixed badminton team will face Malaysia in the final for a Gold medal. Seema Punia, Navjeet Kaur Dhillon will participate in the women’s discus throw final while the women’s hockey team will take on England in an important game.
