India finally managed to get a win under their belt in what has been a tough England tour until now.

The visitors thrashed county team Sussex by six-wickets to start of their ODI campaign after the disastrous Test series.

Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma guided India home with fluent half-centuries.

The MS Dhoni-led team, next, takes on Kent in the second practice match at the St Lawrence Ground Canterbury on Friday.

India will look to provide a chance to youngsters while resting the seniors in this tour game.
