Ireland clash with Zimbabwe in the third qualifying match of the ICC World T20 2014 at Sylhet on March 17, 2014. This is a Group B match at the T20 World Cup. On Sunday Bangladesh beat Afghanistan by nine wickets and Nepal thrashed Hong Kong by 80 runs in Group A.
Both teams will be seen as the favourites to progress from the group. This group also has UAE and the Netherlands. But only one team can progress through to the Super 10s. UAE take on Netherlands in the second match on March 17. Brendan Taylor leads Zimbabwe while William Porterfield captains Ireland.
