Pakistan and Australia face each other in the second Test at Abu Dhabi. Australia, were unable to chase down a target of 437 in the first Test as Pakistan won the opening encounter by 221 runs after losing the ODI series that preceded it. Thanks to four terrific centuries — one each by Ahmed Shehzad and Sarfraz Ahmed and two by Younis Khan — Pakistan were able to dominate the match. They will look to wrap up the series on a high note after the disappointment of the ODIs.  Catch live scorecard of the match here.

Mitchell Johnson’s three for 29 in the first innings was the only bowling performance of note for Australia, and they will need to do much better as a unit in order to succeed in the second Test. The spinners who were supposed to dominated picked only six wickets in the Test conceding 439 runs. Their batting too has looked at sea against the spin duo of Babar and Shah. However, coach Darren Lehmann seems to have identified the problem which means that we can expet a better showing in the second Test.
