South Africa will look to level their five-match One-Day International (ODI) series against Australia, when they take on the hosts in the fourth match of the series at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Friday.

By virtue of winning the third ODI at the Manuka Oval, Australia find themselves in the ascendency, but you’d expect the see-saw nature of cricket between the two sides to continue when the series moves to Melbourne for the fourth ODI. Aaron finch’s form had been a slight a worry over the last five one-day matches but he buried the hatchet on that account, getting the monkey of his back. The form of the top and middle-order augers well for Australia in the absence of Michael Clarke but they must guard against complacency and over experimentation. On the bowling front, Josh Hazlewood has led the way with nine wickets in the series so far. His wickets of Quinton De Kock and Hashim Amla were timely as they turned the course of the third ODI.
