Middle-order batsmen Manoj Tiwary and Robin Uthappa could not make the beat of their opportunities as they were dismissed for two and knot for India against Zimbabwe in the first One-Day International (ODI) at Harare. Zimbabwe will be extremely happy with their performance and will look to dismiss India as early as they can. Brian Virori, Donald Tripiano and Chamu Chibhabha are the three wicket-takers, with Uthappa being run out at the non-striker’s end. Kedar Jhadav too was out caught behind after scoring just five. Earlier, Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bowl first. India go into the series with a second-string team, having rested many of their senior players. Rahane is making his captaincy debut in this game and will jope that he gets off to a winning start.
