Michael Clarke has expressed doubt over his cricketing career after Australia defeated India by 48 runs in the first Test match at Adelaide on Saturday.

Clarke left the field on Saturday after he suffered his second injury of the game. This time Clarke injured his right hamstring and went limping out of the field post lunch on Day five.

Clarke retired hurt in the first innings while he was batting on 60 after he suffered from back problems. But he later returned to the field and went onto to score a century.
