Mohammed Shami Picks Two of his ‘Favourite Bowlers of all Time’- Both are Non-Indians

Players like Kapil Dev and Zaheer Khan have have made their way in history books for the performance they have given out for India. While Kapil is among the legendary players of the nation, Zaheer was also superb with his playing skills during his career. In today’s time, Jasprit Bumrah has proved himself to be a modern day bowling great.

These three are yet not the only names who gave brilliant bowling performance for India. Former skippers Anil Kumble and Harbhajan Singh, along with off-spinner R Ashwin also have their names in the list of Top performing bowlers for India.

Though, when Indian pacer Mohammed Shami was asked to name his ‘favourite bowler of all time’, he named to great players who are not from India.

“There are a lot of them. But if you are asking for names, then I like Waqar Younis and Dale Steyn more,” said Shami in a rapid-fire Question and Answer session on Star Sports.
