Mohsin Khan, Misbah-ul-Haq and Wasim Akram included in PCB’s Cricket Committee
The committee would oversee the appointment of the national selection committee and the national team coaches.

Former Pakistan Test cricketer Mohsin Khan was appointed head of the Cricket Committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) which will include ex-captain Misbah-ul-Haq and fast bowling great Wasim Akram.
According to a report in PTI on Friday, PCB chairman Ehsan Mani said the committee would oversee the appointment of the national selection committee and the national team coaches besides devise playing conditions for domestic matches.
Mani informed that the committee will meet the chief selector and coaches of the men’s, women’s and junior teams thrice a year and will also reviews plans for the development of umpires, referees and curators.
“The committee will also receive annual assessment of performance from management on umpires and referees and look at preparation and quality of pitches,” he said.
The committee also includes former captain of the Pakistan team Urooj Mumtaz, Director of International Cricket Zakir Khan, Director Domestic Cricket Haroon Rasheed and Director Academies Mudassar Nazar. Zakir will be the secretary of the cricket committee.
