As India face Zimbabwe at the latter’s home for three-match One-Day International (ODI), India skipper MS Dhoni executes his 350th ODI dismissal as a wicketkeeper. India faced the hosts for the third and final time in the series after two consecutive victories in the first two matches as he dismissed Malcolm Waller for run out. MS Dhoni is now at the fourth spot in the list of wicketkeepers involved in most number of dismissals after Kumar Sangakkara, Adam Gilchrist and Mark Boucher. 261 of his dismissals were caught behind while 89 were stumping dismissals. India have performed exceptionally well throughout the series. KL Rahul scored a century in his ODI debut and thus became the first Indian cricketer to do so. Jasprit Bumrah remained the most successful bowler of the tour while Barinder Sran and Dhawal Kulkarni also impressed with their actions. Yuzvendra Chahal lived up to the expectations with a 3-wicket haul in the second match.

In the third match, Zimbabwe failed to display good batting once again as they went on losing wickets in regular intervals. The team lost four wickets without adding a run to the scoreboard. Bumrah remained the most effective of all in the last match. Zimbabwe’s innings indicating towards a small total, their bowlers will have to pull off a hectic task to get the inform Indian batsmen out in order to snatch the victory out of the visitors.
