When it comes to National pride, few can match the patriot fervor shown by Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Not only he has been a great warrior for the nation on the field, but, off the field, has also shown great love for the armed forces — something that he has often said is very close to his hear. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), on the occasion of India’s 69th Independence Day, posted a video on their Twitter account with the words  “#Believe # Jai Hind” The goosebumps- giving video shows clips of the monk-like Dhoni on the field of play with his audio in the background giving a discourse about belief. [Also Read: Virat Kohli, Ravi Shastri unfurl the National flag at Galle]

There is no better person in the Indian cricket team who can talk about belief than Dhoni, who emerged from small-town Jharkhand to become one of the biggest sporting icons in the world.
