Musheer Khan suffers Fracture in Accident- Ruled out of Irani Cup and Ranji Trophy

A few days before Irani Cup 2024, Mumbai’s young batter Musheer Khan suffered a fracture in a road accident. Musheer Khan had this unfortunate accident when he was travelling from Kanpur to Lucknow with his coach Naushad.

He has faced a serious injury in his neck and will most likely not play for at least three months.

“So far, the cause of accident is not clear. The car flipped on the road four to five times which resulted in Musheer’s serious injury,” said a source.

Though there is no official statement from Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), Musheer will be put to rest from the Irani Cup that is set to begin from October 1 at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium.

Musheer will probably also miss the initial phases of the upcoming Ranji Trophy 2024-25 season.
