Mark Boucher, the South African wicket-keeper, bagged another feather in his cap as he became the only stumper to score a fifty and effect six dismissals in an innings of Test match for the second time.

He scored a fifty in South Africa’s first innings of the Centurion Test against Sri Lanka and took six catches during the tourists’ second effort.

This achievement places him ahead of the likes of Matt Prior, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Denis Lindsay who have done the same once during their respective careers.

The first time Boucher achieved this rare accomplishment was against Pakistan in 1998 in just his fourth Test.
