New Zealand in firm control against Zimbabwe at lunch on Day 2

Zimbabwe’s bowlers proved more incisive but continued to bleed runs as New Zealand’s score mounted on the second day of the second Test on Sunday. While New Zealand had it all their way on the first day, when they racked up 329 for two on the back of Tom Latham’s century, Mike Chinouya and Graeme Cremer both picked up early wickets on the second morning for Zimbabwe. Williamson, who began the day on 95,became the first New Zealander to score centuries against all of the other nine Test nations.
