The Day One of the second Test between New Zealand and South Africa saw as many as 12 wickets tumbling. Day One saw bowlers from both the sides dominating the proceedings. It was first South Africaâs middle-order batsman JP Duminy who recorded his careerâs best figures (4 for 47) to dismantle New Zealand for 268. The live cricket streaming of the match will be available on OSN Play, Foxtel Go and SKY GO. As for the live cricket telecast, it will be available on Sky Sport 1 in New Zealand, Fox Sports 2 in Australia, SuperSport in South Africa, Sky Sports in United Kingdom (UK) and OSN Sports in the Middle East  FULL CRICKET SCORECARD, New Zealand vs South Africa, 2nd Test at Basin Reserve, Wellington
Despite Henry Nicholls scoring his maiden Test ton (118), New Zealand as a unit could not put up enough runs. But despite this, the respite for hosts came towards the end of the day by grabbing the wickets of both the South African openers Stephen Cook (3) and first Testâs Man of the Match Dean Elgar (9). New Zealand would have been the happy camp at the end of Day One, but South Africa still has an upper hand in this game as they still have 8 valuable wickets in their hand.
The Day two morning is going to be very crucial for both the teams; especially the first session. If South Africa play out the session scoring 80-90 runs on the board without losing any wicket, they will certainly have a much tighter grasp on this penultimate Test of the series. But if hosts manage to get quick wickets in the first 30 overs on Day Two, they will dominate the game. They will be aware of the fact that South Africaâs best batsman from the previous game, Elgar is already out and none of the other batsmen had scored enough runs in the previous Test.
