The momentum in the second Test, here at Sedddon Park, Hamilton in New Zealand is shifting from one team to the other. The match has turned out be a very thrilling and exciting encounter. The first day belonged to New Zealand but Sri Lanka came back strongly on the second day due to their good bowling performance. Yesterday, on the third day of this all important second Test, New Zealand closed their innings on 237 adding only five runs to their overnight score of 232/9. Sri Lanka were bundled out for 133 in their second innings later on. Tim Southee, Neil Wagner and Doug Bracewell took four, three and two wickets respectively. Thus, New Zealand required 189 runs to win in the final innings of the game. At stumps on day three, New Zealand were 142 for five in their second innings; also the fourth and final innings of the match and they needed 47 runs to win. New Zealand are favourites to win from here on but taking into consideration that the bowlers have held the upper hand in the game so far, New Zealand will be wary that Sri Lanka can certainly take the final five wickets under 50 runs. Right-arm pace  bowler Dushmantha Chameera is bowling beautifully and hosts should make sure that they give him due respect and try scoring on the other bowlers.
