Hello and Welcome to CricketCountry’s coverage of match between Pakistan Women  and Thailand Women, Match 15 of the Women’s Asia Cup T20 2016 at Asian Institute of Technology Ground at Bangkok. Thailand Women are out of the competition, having just won one out of their five matches so far and as a result lie fifth on the table, only above Nepal Women. Pakistan Women on the other hand lie in the second position with six points from four matches, just behind India Women, who have won all five matches they have played in the tournament so far. This is the final match of the group stage.

Thailand Women registered their only win of the tournament in their previous match against Nepal Women. Pakistan Women on the other hand have lost one match, which was against India Women. Javeria Khan has been the pick of the batters for Pakistan, having scored 105 in four innings, with one fifty to her name. As far as the bowling is concerned, Sana Mir with 7 wickets and an economy of 4.07 has easily been the best. 18-year-old Suleeporn Laomi has been the star performer for Thailand Women. She has 5 wickets at 11, at an economy of just 4.23.
