Rankin, Carberry and Ballance to debut as England opt to bowl against Ireland

England handed caps to three cricketers — Michael Carberry, Boyd Rankin and Gary Ballance — and elected to field against Ireland in their one-off One-Day International in Dublin on Tuesday.

Ireland will aim to take the advantage of a weakened England side.
