Ravichandran Ashwin is not sparing the West Indies cricketers, be it on the field or off it. The 29-year-old cricketer, who won a record sixth Man of the Series award for his all-round performance against the West Indies in the recently-concluded four-Test series, continue to have some in the Caribbean. Ahead of the T20I series, the newly-appointed West Indies T20 captain Carlos Brathwaite held a press conference which was attended by Ashwin. Following the completion of the Test series, India and West Indies are headed to the USA for a two-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series, which will be played in Florida on August 27 and 28, 2016.

According to a Wisden India journalist, the Indian spinner was present in the conference posing as a journalist asking questions to the West Indies captain.

Ashwin, meanwhile, created record as he was named as the Man of the Series for the sixth time, when the fourth and final Test against West Indies was declared draw on Monday. Previously, former Indian batsmen Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag had been honoured with the Man of the Series award as many as 5 times, and thus, Ashwin ended up creating a record.
