Rilee Rossouw brings up fifty on T20I debut

Rilee Rossouw brought up his maiden Twenty20 International (T20I) fifty off 32 balls when he smashed James Faulkner for a six over mid-wicket. South Africa were 80 for the loss of one wicket at the end of 10 overs, chasing a target of 145 set by Australia in the first T20I at Adelaide on Wednesday.

Australia had earlier finished at a score of 144 for the loss of seven wickets at the end of their quota of 20 overs against South Africa in the first Twenty20 International (T20I) at Adelaide Oval in Adelaide on Wednesday. James Faulkner and Pat Cummins were batting on 41 and 0 at the end of the innings, while Kyle Abbott was the pick of the South African bowlers with figures of three for 21 from four overs. Australia had won the toss and chose to bat first.
