Indian batting star 28-years old Rohit Shrama has bought a flat in Worli. Its cost is approximated to be around Rs 30 crore. It is a 4BHK flat on the 29th floor of Ahuja Towers. It gives a holistic and picturesque view of the Bandra-Worli sea link and also the Mumbai city. The building has 53 storeys and has been designed by a company from Singapore, Palmer & Turner Architects. It offers newfangled amenities, services and benefits. This includes concierge services from quintessentially, a chef whenever needed, gym, yoga room, snooker room and a business area plus a pool with E-deck. For those who smoke there is also a cigar room; there is also a mini-theatre for movie lovers, a swimming pool and an area for tiny tots. Salon and spa facilities are also available. In a conversation with, Bunty Sajdeh, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Sports & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. said, “He [Rohit] has been looking for a house for a while now and I’m glad he has found a great property in Ahuja Towers, Worli, which is centrally located and is one of Mumbai’s premium areas. For Rohit, location is important because of his lifestyle [training and travelling]. So, the fact that it’s just a two-minute drive from the sea link is a huge bonus. Rohit is presently busy playing for India in their three-Test series that began on Wednesday against Sri Lanka at Galle. The 28-year-old cricketer has been making giant strides, as he has successfully established himself as the first-choice opener in One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and has also been bestowed with the responsibility of batting at the coveted No. 3 spot for India in Test cricket.

Earlier this year in May, Rohit had got engaged to Ritika Sajdeh, a sports manager living in Cuff Parade, Mumbai. Rohit and Ritika know each other from last six years. She has made it a point to be present at all the games involving Rohit, including domestic games. According to DNA, Ritika does not engage in conversation, even ‘hi-hello’, when Rohit is batting. With the Indian dressing room one bachelor less now, it is interesting to see when the couple will get married.
