The last time these two met, Sunrisers Hyderabad openers Jonny Bairstow and David Warner struck splendid centuries as they posted a mammoth 231/2. Then, Royal Challengers Bangalore crumbled to Mohammad Nabi (4/11) and Sandeep Sharma (3/19) as they were bowled out for 113 in 19.5 overs.

SRH registered a big 118-run win to continue their blazing start to the season while RCB continued to endure a horrible campaign. That was in March 31. A lot has happened since then. RCB reignited their campaign before falling out of playoff contention. SRH fell behind but are still favourites to grab the final spot.
