Sachin Tendulkar to feature in digital game?
Before Sachin Tendulkar, cricketers like Allan Border, Brian Lara, Don Bradman and Yuvraj Singh have ventured into digital gaming zone.

Pune:  Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar is now making a foray into the world of digital gaming for the first time through his official game, ‘Sachin Saga’. The announcement was made by Rajan Navani, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Pune-based JetSynthesys Private Limited, here today. JetSynthesys’s gaming arm, PlayIzzOn Technologies, is transforming this idea into an exciting game destination for the legendary cricketer. The partnership has been initiated in association with Fluence, a leading celebrity digital network, a media release said. “It is exciting to have my first digital game being developed…I am involved with different things and this experience will be something all of us will enjoy together,” Tendulkar said. ALSO READ: Sachin Tendulkar’s spokesperson defends him in property dispute case
Tendulkar will not be the first player who has featured in a Cricket game. Before him, there were other players who have ventured in digital zone like Allan Border Cricket, Brian Lara International Cricket 2007, Don Bradman Cricket 2014, Yuvraj International Cricket 2007. Earlier, Cricketer-turned Rajya Sabha member Tendulkar on Tuesday confirmed that he had attended a meeting in which he had sought help in sorting out problems faced by a friend of his regarding a plush holiday resort in Mussoorie. Reacting to news reports in this regard, Tendulkarâs spokesperson issued a statement in which he, however, claimed that the cricketer does not have any âeconomic interestâ in the Landour cantonment where the property is located.
The news report had said that Tendulkar tried to intervene on businessman Sanjay Narangâs behalf when he met Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar to sort out a security dispute over the land with a neighbouring DRDO establishment.
