Sachin Tendulkar is getting ready to play for the Marylebourne Cricket Club (MCC) on Saturday and there is a lot of buzz about this contest. Miles away from Lord’s, in his home city of Mumbai, Dwarkanath Sanzgiri, the veteran journalist, will conduct a program to reminisce on some of the finest memories of Tendulkar. The event titled “Only Sachin” will take place on Sunday, July 6 at Pu La Deshpande Academy Samagruha in Dadar.

 

Sanzgiri has known Tendulkar for years and has had personal interactions with the legendary batsman. Recently, Sanzgiri presented a program called “Mala Legends Bhetle” (I met the legends) where he spoke about his memories of his interactions with Amitabh Bachchan, Sunil Gavaskar, Dev Anand and Tendulkar to name a few. This time, his program “Only Sachin” will only focus on the legendary batsman.
