Arjun is a regular at the Lord s because Sachin owns a property near the iconic Lord s ground. Bairstow was seen nursing a swollen foot and briefly placed it in a compression unit to ease the pain ahead of the first Test starting on Thursday.
Last year, young Arjun was seen seated next to Pakistan legend Imran Khan and his son during the England versus Pakistan Test at Lord s. Arjun, who bowls medium pace, had a great time watching the Pakistani pace trio of Mohammed Aamer-Rahat Ali-Wahab Riaz, as all three are left-arm pacers. In fact, Arjun was even captured making bowling gestures by rolling his arms over.
Just a few months back, Arjun was seen in crutches during teenage pop sensation Justin Bieber s concert in Mumbai. Arjun had bandage all around his left foot and was seen exiting the DY Patil stadium in Navi Mumbai.
Meanwhile, just days before the first Test, Bairstow said it will be a proud day for his Yorkshire teammate Joe Root when he will walk on the field as the England captain.
