Bangladesh lost their second wicket shortly after getting to the 100-run mark when Mahmudullah was bowled right through the gate off the bowling of Saeed Ajmal during the 2nd game of the three-match One-Day International (ODI) series against Pakistan at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur on Sunday. Pakistan earlier finished on a score of 239 for six at the end of 50 overs, with Saad Nasim (77) and Wahab Riaz (51) top-scoring for the visitors with their maiden ODI fifties. Pakistan were reeling at a score of 77 for five at one stage, with Shakib Al Hasan taking two of those wickets, before a 77-run stand between Nasim and Haris Sohail rescued them from an embarrassing collapse. Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat. While Pakistan skipper Azhar Ali did not announce any changes for his side, regular Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe Mortaza made his return to the side after serving a one-match ban that he earned due to slow over rate during the ICC Cricket World Cup quarter-final against India.
