Shikhar Dhawan becomes the quickest Indian to reach 1,000 One-Day International (ODI) runs. He achieved this feat in 24 innings. He equals Virat Kohli’s record.

Dhawan scored his fourth ODI hundred recording a run-a-ball century. All the centuries were scored this year.
