Shivnarine Chanderpaul became the third-highest scorer in a series without being dismissed during the second Test match between West Indies and Bangladesh at Gros Islet. Chanderpaul scored 270 runs in the three innings he has played so far in the tournament.

Chanderpaul was unbeaten on 85 in the first innings of the first Test, was unbeaten on 84 in the first innings of the second Test and scored a terrific century in the second innings of the second Test.

The 40-year-old Chanderpaul achieved the landmark in West Indies’ 500th Test match and is also among the few players who have played a quarter of their games for their country.
