Siddarth Kaul was picked for India's tour of England    IANS

A national call-up for the limited-overs leg of India‘s Ireland and England tour came as a pleasant surprise to Siddarth Kaul, who has been a revelation in this season of Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Along with Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Sandeep Sharma and Basil Thampi, Kaul has formed the seam attack that go hand in hand with excellent spinners. Speaking to The Times of India, Kaul rated Bhuvi as the smartest bowler in the world: This is my third season for Sunrisers and I owe Bhuvi a lot. I think he is the smartest bowler in the world, he is an inspiration for me. He keeps helping me, even in nets.”

Punjab-born Kaul has so far claimed 13 wickets with an impressive economy of 7.05. Kaul also spoke on his national selection: “This will be the first time that I will be playing in England. I have heard pitches there suit bowlers. If I get a chance to play, I would love to win matches for my team and country, but my focus is on IPL for now.”
