New Zealand will aim to keep hopes of winning their away One-Day International (ODI) series against South Africa alive by emerging victorious in the 2nd ODI at Potchefstroom. South Africa will be keen to win the match and seal the series, especially given the fact that they lost their previous home ODI series against New Zealand in 2013. New Zealand are without the services of Brendon McCullum, Ross Taylor, Trent Boult and Tim Southee among others and that will make the task that much simpler for South Africa. But, as New Zealand’s new-look side showed in the first match and the second T20I, they are not exactly an under-strength side and have stomach for a fight. South Africa will have to be wary of the likes of Adam Milne, Colin Munro and skipper Kane Williamson who have plenty of talent. South Africa have the services of stalwarts like AB de Villiers, Dale Steyn and Hashim Amla and they will be keen for victory especially after their recent loss to Bangladesh in the ODI series.
