South Africa have brought up 150 against West Indies in emphatic fashion. The milestone has come up at a rate of almost six runs per over. AB de Villiers and Hashim Amla have been the high scorers for South Africa. Amla got run out on a run-a-ball 62, while de Villiers is still batting on 42. David Miller has joined de Villiers at the crease and is playing attacking strokes.

Earlier in the innings South Africa won the toss and elected to bat. They were in deep trouble with opener Rilee Rossouw and Faf du Plessis both falling on ducks leaving South Africa in a spot of bother at 16 for two. Jerome Taylor has taken two wickets so far. Newly crowned skipper, Jason Holder also bowled well early on but has nothing to show for his effort.
