South Africa managed to reach a total of  142 after 25 overs in the second One-Day International (ODI) played against West Indies at Johannesburg on Sunday. Both Hashim Amla and Rilee Rossouw got past their respective half-centuries and are playing dominating cricket. Earlier, Hashim Amla got to his 27th One-Day International (ODI) fifty from 58 balls. He has been sensational form as he has piling lot of runs for South Africa. His partner Rilee Rossouw also got to his second ODI fifty.

West Indies bowlers have failed to create enough wicket-taking chances and both the opening batsmen have done well to make full use of the freebies. South Africa scored 51 runs in the first 10 overs. A score of more than 300 is on the cards keeping in mind the deep batting line-up of South Africa.

Both the teams fielded an unchanged squad for the second ODI.  South Africa earlier managed to win the first ODI quite comfortably, giving West Indies a slight jolt after they won the T20I series.
