State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) beat Reserve Bank of India (RBI) by 25 runs to move into the semi finals of the All India PSU T20 cricket tournament, conducted by RCF on Wednesday.

Opting to bat, SBH scored 154 for 3 in 20 overs, thanks to a superb knock of 74 runs in 61 deliveries by Anoop Pai and 49 by Danny Prince in 34 deliveries. Kamlesh Kumar of RBI claimed 2 for 26. In reply, RBI scored 129 for 8 wickets in 20 overs.

Chirag Parmar top scored with 37 off 20 deliveries, while SBH bowlers, T. Suman and Akash Bhandari bagged 2 wickets each. Pai got the man of the match award.

In another league match, ONGC bundled out Central Warehousing for 96 and then scored the required runs in 8.5 overs. India discard Munaf Patel, Vikram Malik, Sohail Sharma and Praveen Gupta claimed 2 wickets each on a lively track before man of the match Samarth Singh scored a brilliant 56 in 32 deliveries to guide ONGC home. In the third match of the day, Food Corporation of India (FCI) beat BSNL 15 runs. FCI now plays Bharat Petroleum on 31 October to decide who plays Air India in the other semifinals.
