Stuart Broad has been dismissed for a quickfire 37 off 20 balls on Day Three of the fifth Test against India at The Oval. Broad smashed the bowling to all parts and although India bowled short, he latched on to the opportunities and hit runs. He pulled mercillesly. However, he was ultimately dismissed off a short ball as he tried to fend it and lobbed it to third slip. Ishant Sharma got the wicket.

It was an amazing innings by Broad as he gave good suppport to Root in the middle. England now lead by 315 and are 463 for nine. James Anderson has now joined Root in the middle.
