The R Ashwin-led side, which had beaten Vidarbha in their previous game, defeated Puneet Bisht’s side to register their second consecutive win. Ashwinâs decision of electing to bat paid dividends as the opening pair of Vijay and Washington Sundar took the Meghalaya bowling attack to the cleaners.
