Indian batting star Sachin Tendulkar looked determined to throw the Australian bowlers off their length in the third Test at WACA starting Friday, as he batted one meter out of his crease during the team s practice session on Thursday.

The Herald Sun reported that while the rest of the Indian batsmen remained within the crease during their batting sessions, Tendulkar played only at the front foot facing short-pitch deliveries off a bowling machine.

The report added that during a short session, the Little Master missed only one delivery which went past his bat as he attempted to drive, and at that, Tendulkar looked up in the sky and yelled in frustration.

The Little Master also played his trademark straight-drive fluently during the training session, giving the glimpse of fine form he has been on the current tour.

Tendulkar, who is in search of his 100th international ton, has been the top run-scorer for the tourists, garnering 226 runs in the first two Tests at an average of 56.50
