In what former English captain Michael Vaughan touts as the future was on public view. Vaughan is now a part of the lucky few to have joined hundreds of cricket fans who have faced three deliveries from James Anderson this summer on the device. Vaughan says on a candid note that this could be the future five or 10 years later, when a batsman is getting ready to bat in the dressing room before he goes out to bat. The illusionary knock which will help him get into his groove.

 

Vaughan strapped on the Oculus Rift headset to experience a trio of balls from the England legend. He hit a straight drive, reminding you of his playing days and on another occasion almost faltered once when his bat accidentally hit the roof.

 

Anderson, who is England’s highest wicket-taker in Test cricket, has been Vaughan’s teammate in the early part of the century.
