VIDEO: Rohit Sharma’s views on mental strength

It is a known fact that most of the game is mental. Virat Kohli is a perfect epitome of being strong mentally. He believes in himself, backs his skills to get the job done and even on Saturday, he probably played one of the greatest knocks in T20 to help his Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) triumph.

Like Kohli, Rohit Sharma too is one of the key players for Team India. Rohit has led Mumbai Indians (MI) to two IPL titles, and is the only cricketer, to score two double hundreds in ODIs. The MI skipper too believes that 70 percent of the game is played in the head and rest is skills.

Rohit started his Test career with two back-to-back hundreds against West Indies in 2013 but ever since then he could not replicate this form. He still believes that Test cricket is the ultimate test of mental strength. Here is Rohit, in a video from Unscriptd, elaborating on how important is mental strength.
