    Odisha beat Delhi by 9 runs at Palam-II Ground, New Delhi. The result flatters Delhi, who were reduced to 174/9. Subodh Bhati (42*) and Navdeep Saini (25) added 66 for the last wicket, but could never catch up on the asking rate. Gautam Gambhir (44) and Rishabh Pant (39) got starts but failed to make a big score. Odisha used eight bowlers, of whom seven got at least one wicket.

    Baroda strolled to a 7-wicket win over Karnataka at Bengaluru. A target of 231 was never going to be enough to stop a strong Baroda line-up. Aditya Waghmode and Krunal Pandya did not deliver, but Kedar Devdhar (123) and Deepak Hooda (62*) made sure there was no pressure. The victory came in the 44th over.

    Himachal chased down 298 to beat Vidarbha at Alur. Atharva Taide’s 148 not out had taken Vidarbha to 297/7, but Ankush Bains topped that with a spectacular 139-ball 173 not out. Barring Bains, Priyanshu Khanduri (63*) was the only other Himachal batsman to go past 15, but it did not matter. Bains stayed till the end and saw things off with 15 balls to spare.

    Andhra won off a last-ball thriller against Chhattisgarh at Feroz Shah Kotla, that too by two wickets. Led by Ashutosh Singh’s 110, Chhattisgarh had posted 248/8. Andhra lost wickets but never let the asking rate go beyond control.

    Ashwin Hebbar (53) and Srikar Bharat (30) added 70 for the first wicket. The big guns — Hanuma Vihari and Ricky Bhui — both failed, and at one point Andhra needed 88 in 56 balls with only four wickets in hand.
    Ravi Teja (53) and Karn Sharma (55) added 74 in 49 balls to turn the tide, though it was left to Siva Kumar to finish the match.

    Mizoram have beaten Sikkim by 42 runs at Anand. Taruwar Kohli’s unbeaten 113 had taken Mizoram to 252/6. Sikkim put up a spirited fight, and were very much in the match at 138/3 when Palzor Tamang (47) and Lee Yong Lepcha (42) were in control.

    Then the middle-order collapsed before Mandup Bhutia (40) launched an onslaught, but it was never going to be enough. Sinan Khadir finished with 4/35.

    ANOTHER RESULT! Maharashtra have defeated Railways by seven wickets. Opting to bat, Railways were skittled out for 180 in 48.2 overs. Mrunal Devdhar, who top scored with 64, was the only batsman who offered some sort of resistance to the opposition bowlers. For Maharashtra, Ruturaj Gaikwad (84) anchored the run chase. Ankit Bawne (21) took the team across the finish line as Maharashtra (186/3) won the match and sealed the win for Maharashtra, who won with 54 balls to spare.
