Was 75% fine on MS Dhoni for collision with Mustafizur Rahman justified?

Indian skipper MS Dhoni was involved in an on-field collision with Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman during the first One-Day International (ODI) at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium at Mirpur, Dhaka on Thursday. Although India lost the game by 79 runs, the collision was one of the highlights of the game as it drew quite a few eyeballs.

The incident occurred when Dhoni, who went for a run off Rahman’s delivery, seemed to push him, who was believed to have been standing in the way of his run unintentionally. Apparently, Dhoni was seen pushing him and also seemed to be apologetic after doing so. However, his actions were considered harsh and was fined 75 percent of his match fee by match referee Andy Pycroft.

Do you think the fine was justified on Dhoni, or it was a bit harsh on the skipper?
