Pakistan‘s Babar Azam played an incredible knock, scoring a century off just 26 balls as he played in a charity match organised by Shahid Afridi Foundation. Apart from Babar, Shoaib Malik, Fakhar Zaman and Afridi too played in the T10 match.

In the first innings, Malik’s 20-ball 84 and Zaman’s 23-ball 76 took their side to a gigantic total of 201 for 1 at the end of 10 overs. When crowd thought that was the best of the day’s highlights, Azam came up with his knock, taking his side SAF Greens to victory, chasing down the mammoth. Azam in his innings hit 11 sixes and seven boundaries. He faced only two dot balls during his knock. His strike rate touched 384.62 as he got to his century and helped the Shahid Afridi-led team win the fund raiser.

In the same match, Malik became the first player to achieve six sixes in an over in the newest although yet to be staged at the international level format of the game. At the receiving end was none-other-than Azam himself.

It was only last week that India’s Ravindra Jadeja slammed sixes in an over in a inter district T20 match playing for Jamnagar.
