Indian team secured a massive six-wicket win over the arch-rivals Pakistan in the Champions Trophy clash at the Dubai International Stadium in UAE. A splendid bowling display from the Men in Blue witnessed Pakistan getting wrapped up for a decent score of 241.
When batting, Indian team dominated the Pakistan bowlers from the beginning, smashing hard shots and scoring runs at a continuous pace. Shreyas Iyer, Shubman Gill, and Virat Kohli were the three main stars of the match scoring big runs for the team.
It was during this time when at one point of the match, a Pakistan fan was captured on video, as he changed to Indian jersey. This video has gone viral as of now.
This defeat by India has put Pakistan’s chances of reaching the semifinal in doubts. The Men in Green will need something like that of a miracle If New Zealand beats Bangladesh on Monday, Pakistan will be out of the tournament.
