In the spirit of The Ashes, former England football players and now pundits played a friendly game of cricket on-air to check their cricketing skills. Paul Scholes, Steven Gerrard, Rio Ferdinand and Frank Lampard as a pre-series build up, played the game in BT Sports studios, which is the official broadcasters in England.

The former English players indulged in the gentlemen’s game during half-time break in the UEFA Champions League, Match Day 5 games.
