India‘s in-form batsman Virat Kohli mostly gets attention for his impressive batting. Be it in the nets or while representing Indian cricket team, Kohli has always impressed with his match-winning performances from his bat but can anyone recall him as bowler? Well, quite difficult but Kohli has a knack of bowling and once made headlines for taking wicket off the first ball during the ICC World T20 2016. Kohli also bowled well during the ICC U-19 World Cup 2008. He considers himself a quick bowler, though his speed is not much. He is a decent part-time bowler but not an impressive one, who can take wickets regularly.

Kohli is currently busy with Indian side to play the ongoing One-Day International (ODI) series against New Zealand. Ahead of the third ODI at Mohali, Kohli was seen imitating Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah‘s bowling action, which is a bit unusual, in the nets. Well, Kohli could not do a fair job in impersonating Bumrah’s action but one can expect him to roll his arms in the similar fashion during the third ODI. Captain MS Dhoni was also seen rolling his arm over during the practice session but it is a fact that during the matches he is always busy with his wicketkeeping job.

India will play the third ODI against New Zealand at Mohali on Sunday.
