West Indies were 122 for one in their second innings at tea, trailing England by a further 43 runs in their second innings on the fourth day of the second Test against England at the National Cricket Stadium in Grenada on Friday.  Resuming at the overnight score of 373 for six, England were dismissed in their first innings for 464, earning a lead of 165 with Joe Root undefeated on 182. The lower order did not offer much resistance as England were eventually bowled out of 464.  In reply, West Indies lost their first wicket just before lunch and were staring down the barrell at that stage. Devon Smith was dismissed for just a couple of runs, which got Darren Bravo to the crease. After Lunch, the duo were a little circumspect initially, but later on started playing their shots. Brathwaite finally scored his half-century and Darren Bravo is just three more runs away from his fifty. More importantly, West Indies did not lose a single wicket in that session and added exactly 100 runs as they look to wipe England’s deficit and establish a healthy lead at the end of the day’s play. England bowlers will not be totally happy with their performance but will look to rectify that in the final session of the day. With another four sessions of cricket left in this Test, the match is more or less heading for a draw. The two teams played out a draw in the first Test at Antigua as well.
