West Indies achieve world record despite defeat to New Zealand in ICC Cricket World Cup 2015

West Indies achieved an unwanted record during their quarter-final 4 of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 after they were bowled out 250 in 30.3 overs with a run-rate of 8.19, chasing 394 for a win to qualify for the semi-final of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. West Indies, as a result, have the highest run-rate for a team, who were bowled out for failing to chase a total in One-Day Internationals (ODI). New Zealand eventually won the match by 143 runs and booked their place in the semi-final, will now take on South Africa on March 24. New Zealand make the list twice, among the top five having lost to India and Pakistan in Christchurch and Singapore respectively.
