West Indies cancel India tour 2014: BCCI to initiate legal action against WICB
BCCI to initiate legal action against WICB

Oct 21, 2014
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will initiate legal action against the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) following the cancellation of West Indies’ tour of India midway through the series. The teams played just three of the scheduled five One-Day Internationals (ODIs) after cyclone Hudhud robbed the series of the third ODI.
Apart from the final ODI, a one-off Twenty20 International (T20I) and three Tests that were to follow were also called off. The standoff between the WICB, the West Indies Players Association (WIPA), and the Dwayne Bravo-led West Indies team over pay disputes led to the whole issue. The Wavell Hinds-led WIPA, along with the WICB, and the players had been feuding since before the series started.
