West Indies batting woes continued as Bangladesh restricted the Caribbean team to a modest 132 for eight in their allotted 20 overs during their T20 match in Dhaka.

Put into bat, West Indies lost opener Adrian Barath in the fourth over.

Lendl Simmons and Marlon Samuels stitched a quickfire partnership of 36 runs.

But once Simmons departed, West Indies batting collapsed as they lost last five wickets for a mere 30 runs.

Marlon Samuels top scored for West Indies with 58 runs, while Abdur Razzak, Shafiul Islam and Shakib Al Hasan shared the spoils with two-wickets apiece.

Brief Scores: West Indies 132 for 8 in 20 overs (Marlon Samuels 58, Lendl Simmons 23; Shafiul Islam 2 for 19, Shakib Al Hasan 2 for 25) vs Bangladesh
