The star Indian player Virat Kohli was seen in the white jersey for the Indian team during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. He made his comeback in the Indian team during the ODI series against Australia.
However, the series did not go well for him as he got dismissed on two ducks in the ongoing ODI series against Australia. After that poor performance there are a lot of speculations growing that his international career might be coming to an end and the third match of the series would be his final one for India.
However, these speculations were spreading after Kohli got out in Adelaide and his gesture towards his fans caught everyone’s attention. His former Royal Challengers Bengaluru  (RCB) teammate Parthiv Patel, has added fuel to the speculation by posting something about it on social media.
Parthiv Patel, who played with Virat Kohli for the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise RCB, shared a three-word post on social media. However, his social media post indicates that the third ODI in Sydney could be his final match of his international career.
He wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Sydney it is!!”. However, with this social media post, fans started speculating that this would be the final match for Virat Kohli in his international career.
There are more rumors spreading that the last match of the ODI series between India and Australia would be the last one of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Famous cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle shared his thoughts on these speculation and said “I believe we must hold our thoughts on Rohit and Virat till the end of the series.”
